Comment from a Pryor researcher:

One thing I'd like to correct in your links is the one to a photograph purportedly of Pablo's son, Juan Miguel and his wife (named as Rosa Sepulveda). This is a mistake on the part of the University of California archive. Juan Miguel Pryor was married to Emilia Burruel, not Rosa Sepulveda. This is substantiated by two other photographs as well as documents. You may wish to correct your information.
Anyone wishing further information about the California Pryors, feel free to contact me at california_william@yahoo.com.

I am also interested in this Samuel N. Pryor and have very little on him. My information is similar to what you have, except for that I didn't know who the young female could be. I did find that there was a possible daughter, born c1830-1835 (per 1840 census), who was not on the 1830 and 1850 census with Samuel and Delana. I had suspected that this young female may have married by 1850 or was deceased. This would fit in with your information on Martha A. Pryor. The only additional information I have would be that Samuel N. Pryor served as a private in "Drafted Militia" under Col. Edwin E. Booth and Capt. Marshall during the War of 1812. Bounty land and pension records should be checked to see if perhaps his widow (or daughter) applied. I have Samuel dying circa 1860 but no source for that. He was on the 1860 Tippah Co., MS census. Please pass on my e-mail address to the researcher if she would like to contact me.
